We can design a portrait for any animal no matter the species or the breed. All we need is a good-quality photo! So far we've created custom portraits of dogs, cats, horses, hamsters, and parrots.

We want you to get your custom pet portrait as quickly as possible. For this reason, we do not offer artwork previews or proofs. However, if our designers see that your provided photo won't make the best portrait, we’ll reach out to you for a new one.

Yes, you can have one, two, or three pets in one portrait.

After your order has been placed, you have 12 hours to request any changes. Please contact us at info@happypawsters.com to request desired changes. Please note, changes to orders may result in shipping delays.

Each portrait is a custom artwork made to order for you and your pet. Due to their customized nature, our pet portraits are not subject to refunds. However, if you are not happy with your final portrait please let us know. We want to guarantee you will love your product and will try and find a way to provide 100% satisfactory service. If your pet portrait came in an incorrect size or frame color, was not designed as you have requested, or was damaged in transit, we will of course replace it without question. Please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order in this case.

You have 12 hours from ordering your item to cancel it. After that time we cannot guarantee that your order can be canceled as our artists may already have begun work on your order. If that is the case your order will be sent to you and a refund will not be provided. Please contact us at info@happypawsters.com to cancel your order.

We currently ship to the USA and Canada. Within the United States, we estimate orders to arrive within 6-8 days from the date of purchase. Shipping to Canada might take up to 8-12 days.

We currently ship to the USA and Canada and offer FREE shipping on all orders over $99+. For orders under $99, we charge $10 flat rate for shipping to the United States and $15 for shipping to Canada.
