Refunds and Returns
Each portrait is a custom artwork made to order for you and your pet. Due to their customized nature, our pet portraits are not subject to refunds.
However, if you are not happy with your final portrait please let us know. We want to guarantee you will love your product and will try and find a way to provide 100% satisfactory service.
Make sure to adhere to our Image Guidelines when choosing which pet photo to submit with your order. Your pet portrait will be created based on the photo you submit. Low-quality and blurred photos may result in low-quality artwork.
If your pet portrait came in an incorrect size or frame color, was not designed as you have requested, or was damaged in transit, we will of course replace it without question. Please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order in this case.
Order Cancellation
You have 12 hours from ordering your item to cancel it. After that time we cannot guarantee that your order can be canceled as our artists may already have begun work on your order. If that is the case your order will be sent to you and a refund will not be provided.
